I dropped my ballot for the BOD election (sealed in its envelope) off at the office before I learned I couldn’t do that. Is it possible to get it back so I can mail it or can I get a new one?

Check with Gail Baucom, Chairperson of the election committee. She may have it, if the office gave it to her.

How are we supposed to turn in ballots if it says to mail them then directly under in red it says it won't be counted if it's mailed?

You must be referring to the notice on Grapevinenow. The official letter you received with your ballot states you are encouraged to use the provided envelope. Other types of envelopes will be allowed, but only if properly marked. Board elections have a separate Post Office box. Ensure the address is PO Box 190, Bracey, VA 23919.
