Another Ballot Missing From Letter

Just can't figure out what the BOD is up to now; I received a letter stating that my ballot was enclosed and it has been left out of my February 16 letter. Also, just got my letter today, 2 weeks after the date of the letter. Was there a delay in mailing them?

I'm wondering how many other Property Owners are missing ballots from their latest letter? Is this the board's plan to out smart us? I will make every effort to have my voted counted, and I hope you will too!
