Has Drunk beach/Leisure Beach officially become RR property? Member since 1996 and have been told the reason the road and grass were never maintain there because it was Not RR property. Is it now? I know the recent treasure hunt was located there but thought land was owned by Dominon or something. Any insight would be appreciative. If the case is,.that it's RR property Will they be maintaining roads and grass there? Family members have been cutting grass mainly for snake deterant?.

Been here since the 80's and we were told that it was owned by someone else. Some property owners went down a few years ago and clean it up and began using it. Crystal and Shawn have a good question on this

Yes, River Ridge owns that property. I will speak with Maintenance to ensure it gets cleaned and stays cleaned. Thanks

That I don’t know. The office checked with the Mecklenburg County offices and we do own it. We can do nothing with it without permission of the power company. I heard we requested to put sand there a few years back and the power company said no. They didn’t want the sand to get into the lake. They have all sorts of rules and regulations.
