Update of the Grapevine

the Grapevine needs to be updated: Terry Milligan is still showing as a moderator.

Robert Frazier and Connie Suddenth are still showing as board members.

the Committee names are so messed up, it needs to be re-done all together.

the people running for election should only be two, however, 4 are still listed.

I could go on an on about what is wrong with this web - site If this is still the official web site, someone needs to get it updated.

Also are the documents on here up-to-date? I noticed the covenants clearly state that annual dues will be $120 (based on the copy attached to this website--Article V Section 3). However, I feel like that has since been increased to $250 but I don't see that noted unless I am missing something (which I very well may be)..

Either way, I am curious, when the increase was enacted.

To my knowledge the dues were increased to $250 by the developer in 1978.
