Update on Current BOD Members

Can someone from the BOD please provide an accurate list of its current members and what they oversee, how many actual open positions there are, and who is currently, officially running for the open positions? There are so many rumors and misinformation out there that I'm just trying to get accurate information prior to voting.

Hi Diane,

Here is a list of current board members and their positions:

Kevin Jetter - President, Golf Course, Security
Paul Harvey - Vice President, Maintenance
Pamela Raymond - Asst. Treasurer, Boating/Fishing, Finance Committee
Anne Singleton - Secretary, Communications, Entertainment
Drea Butler - Asst. Secretary, Beautification
Keith Saunders - Pool, Architecture

At the present time there is one opening on the BOD, and a second opening will occur in August when Kevin Jetter's term is over.  There were originally four property owners that entered their name to run for a seat on the board.  Out of the four, Keith Saunders was appointed to the BOD to replace Robert Frazier, and Steve Quesenberry  withdrew his name.  That leaves two candidates for two positions, they are Diane Gardner and Grayson Martin.  We will vote them in at the annual meeting by an acclamation vote of the membership present.

Originally the date to enter your nomination was June 30th, but was moved up a month a few years back to allow time for complete background checks.  It was always said that  background checks were performed on candidates but we found that was not true and instituted a new policy for background check requirements.
