Budget for RR for 2020 and 2021 and expenditures

Is there a spread sheet that shows exactly what the proposed budget is and what exactly has been spent in the last year or two. How much money is coming in for Tribunal, Entertainment, etc.

I am talking a detailed report to show us where and how the dues are being spent.

I am not talking about Maintenance spent 650 dollars in the last 30 days I am talking about Maintenance spent 50 dollars on fans, spent 50 dollars on pot hole fill - 50 dollars worth of electrical supplies for bathrooms, etc. Saying you spent 650 dollars in 30 days does not detail what it was spent for

I too, as a property owner would love to see an ITEMIZED monthly or quarterly of where our money is going!!
