I received a message from Terry Milligan the president of the River Ridge BOD’s and he asked if I would post that he will be at the Phelps pavilion (in front of the Club House) this Saturday May 22nd  @ 11:00 AM to answer any questions property owners may have in regards to the proposed changes to our Protective Covenants. He has also asked the BOD members and committee members to join him.

Here is your opportunity to ask the questions you want answered and the reasoning and thought process behind the proposed changes. Take advantage of it.
