Election questions and helpful information

So it was posted that there will be no election and the one running will just take their places! Okay fine and dandy but failure to notify all members is a no no! Also to be legal the new board must be made into motions and accepted in a open meeting of which the minutes must be taken! And just because something gets asked to the lawyer it must also be gotten in writing from the lawyer to be on hand in case someone wants to check the validity of said information!

The notification was sent out in the Annual Meeting letter. The reasoning behind this is why spend 5-6 thousand dollars when there are 3 vacancies and 3 people running for the positions. Thanks
