Contact Information for Office

Is there an email address for RR that is regularly monitored by the office staff?  I don't always have the opportunity to call during the day, and certainly don't wish to wait on line on the weekends while we're practicing social distancing / reduced people in the office.  If there isn't one, can one be created?  This would greatly reduce the number of people going in / out of the office and the phone calls if we were able to send a quick email knowing that it will be responded to by the next business day (typical of any business).
