RR Letter of 23 April mailed on 02 May - Prorations

River Ridge Board:
This is to inform you your letter dated 23 April 2022 is against the Covenants Article V, Section 7.
The letters says:
"If the vote passes, the annual assessment will increase to $850.00 per year. With the $250 or $310 (with User Fee1) due on May 1st, the remaining $600 or $540 (with User Fee 1) will be due August 1st for the 2022-20223 year"
Article V, Section 7 clearly states:
"No adjustments or prorations of assessments shall be made"
The intended vote at the end of May in which the Annual Assessment may potential increase and then be paid in a prorations form is against the Covenants.
