Online Bill Pay

Is anyone having trouble paying water bills thru the new online system? This is the second time I have attempted to pay and it will not process.

I tried paying my bill earlier this year and gave up. I am just mailing them a check like I always have. Someone in the office (I am sorry, I do not remember her name) stated that they are using a third-party billing company and there are problems. It would be nice of this problem could be resolved.

Make sure your house number and street name are in the appropriate fields, they have to be separated. I was having the same problem when the system auto populated my address. Once I separated the address it started working just fine. Once you add and save a form of payment it will not longer ask you for your address so it is pretty easy now to pay my bill. Hope this works for you.
