Golf Course Budge 2022-2023

Good afternoon,

I have gone down the line items for the budget for 2022-2023. I would like an explanation to the following:

The PRO Shop is given $3,000.00 for entertainment on Line item 615002.

Then the Golf Course is given $7,50000 for entertainment on line items 405102.

Why is the Pro Shop and the Golf Course given over $10,000 for entertainment? Why does the PRO Shop need entertainment money? What could that little office do for entertainment?

I do not have a copy of the budget in front of me but I think it's a simple explanation. 615002 is an expense account and 405102 is an income account. In otherwords the Golf Course is given $3,000 to spend on Entertainment (driving range bashes) and an estimated income return of $7,500 from the events.
