We did a electrical upgrade in a village or two with a user fee of $250 then to continue on with the electrical upgrades the user fee was increased to $400 plus $250 for dues and $60 for the water fee $710 the increase came with no choice for the property owners Now all the electrical upgrades are completed and the board says that $710 per lot just barely runs the place but the only choice we’re being given now is to vote for $250 dues per lot per year and lose all of our amenities or vote for $850 per year this year and then $1200 for every year there after, but there has not been an offer or even discussion for a middle of the road choice say $850 per lot per year until all the water lines and sewer lines are all replaced and then we start talking about the next thing that Community needs to be done I don’t believe we need brand new buildings throughout the park until all of our waterlines and sewer lines have been replaced it really just doesn’t make any sense it’s not reasonable at all that we have not been given a choice basically all we have only been given is a threat of what we will lose unless we vote the way the board would like us to. I believe that given the choice all of the property owners within River Ridge would probably choose New water lines and sewer lines functioning properly over new buildings
