Double lot

My brother and I are interested in a double lot but dont know if 2 campers can be placed on a double lot if the lots have been combined into one deed. I assume each lot would have to be connected to sewer. One of us would be permanent and the other would be transient but would need to be able to park from November until March. Thank you.

It is my understanding that when lots are married they are then treated as one lot, therefore you could only place one camper on the lot. Call the office and ask to speak with Connie. She is the Chair of Architectural and would be better prepared to answer your questio,
