Question on Material Deliveries

I'm trying to schedule a semi-large delivery from Home Depot next week to finish our deck, but am not having any luck finding the current proper protocol or getting someone from the office to answer. Can a board member please let me know what I need to do? It's tentatively scheduled for Thursday to ensure security and office personnel are there, but what do I do if they arrive prior to either opening or after closing (HD said they can deliver anywhere from 6am-8pm)? Will I be penalized / ticketed if I open the gate for them?

Hi Diane,

If you have a delivery outside of normal security office hours please call 434-636-5536. The attendant on after hour calls will call for a security personnel to come and open the gate for Home Depot.
