Pool Membership Empty Pool Membership

I am asking that the Board consider pool memberships or passes. I am not sure what it would take as far as voting but seems to me if the property owners raised the budgeted $54,000 the pool should open. Could I please get an response from a board member instructing me on how we could make this happen.

Everyone should have voted yes. If u get a 1970 paycheck can u live the 2022 lifestyle? We need to come together and not fight it’s not worth the time or stress.
