I asked Terry; Are Vision 2027 annual dues in addition to the Water/Sewage fees?
He acknowledged; “he had seen the posted question” and answered by;
“If the vote passed, the $60.00 Water/Sewage surcharge would be included in the Annual Dues”
We discussed the offset in this approach ($90,000.00+)

Terry further stated;
“Vision 2027” has been “Tabled”,
“the “Tabling” is permanent”, and stated
“Can not and would not reverse it at any time, when asked that question.

Concerning revenue streams and improvements monies spent this year.
Terry said “the Boat Slips and Golf Course cover their own.”
I felt they should produce more.
